The Santa Maria Town Center is the only enclosed shopping center within a 75-mile radius. This 600,000 square foot center is currently anchored by the only Macy*s and Sears stores in the market, and features over 65 specialty stores and 12 eateries.

Having already commenced a $68M renovation, repositioning and expansion of the center, a new Regal state-of-the-art theater will be the newest addition, arriving in early 2011. A new 11-unit food court  is currently under construction outside of Sears on the lower level as well.

Although the prior owners of the property never executed their highly publicized renovation plans and in doing so let the community down, the new ownership has acted immediately and has already broken ground. Significant dollars and resources have already been deployed and the entire community of Santa Maria has noticed.

The Santa Maria Town Center is located in the central hub of the business district adjacent to City Hall, and it has been designated by the City as the focus of the newly titled Entertainment District.
